I would like for this to mean that Sia has three different children that are all named Somersault. I know this is not the reality. but there is so much I don’t like about this reality. would you really begrudge me the chance to build a new one? A better one? with 3 somersaults?

@h_schmidt_mpa i think? pretty sure stress is catching up to me & screaming at me to get my nervous system together. hospital at least confirmed i’m not dying imminently and is giving me some meds to help manage symptoms until follow up (which they’re helping schedule). thanks for asking 💜

why does the machine in the hospital room beep loudly if your heart rate drops below 50 for an extended period of time and apple watch sends you alerts for the same thing (30s/40s is where i’ve been) but i ask a doctor and she says “meh it’s fine”

best thing i’ve done for both my writing & my mental health is keep an “every day is all there is” journal. recording the small moments that build an entire life reminds me to cherish pastries, sunsets, birdsong, compliments from strangers, & even bad things because they do end
