@amylsauder Possibly. However, it may also be a browser extensions/add-on/plug-in as these can occasionally interfere with the application. If any are active, we recommend temporarily disabling them, then viewing the application to help identify which may be causing the unwanted behavior.

@mandrillapp me and several colleagues are having issues today with how Mandrill is rendering. Our Dev was wondering if it may be something with your CSS...? Is this an issue you're aware of?

@mandrillapp I have tried to disconnect several times. Stop all emails to me from Mailchimp and Iniuit your parent company. Very unhappy service. Stop please. Your just keep wearing customers down.

@mandrillapp We did open a support ticket yesterday. It's 11948669. It's a very tricky issue since it seems to work with our local dev setup but not our production. Saw another email thread on the same period and was wondering if they're related.

@mandrillapp just checking if there's any issues on your end. Emails stopped sending last Friday. No changes from our end. Our local dev can send emails. Prod servers are with AWS Aus, if that helps.

@mandrillapp @mandrillapp What's the expected time to get an answer when reporting a critical issue? I haven't heard from you at all since the submission of the ticket on the 4th of October. It's the first time I've experienced anything like this to be honest.

@emailpostman Hey Shaun. Mailchimp Transactional reports deliveries for 30 days and reports bounces for 90 days. We recommend exporting and storing your data if you need to access it after that timeframe.
