🚨 Welcome to NIGHT BANKING in India! A performance review meeting was scheduled at 11 PM in BANK OF BARODA with the RM Raebareli. Yes, you read that right - 11 PM. While the world talks about work-life balance, mental health, and humane working conditions… Our bankers are being pushed into a system where late-night review meetings are becoming normal. And this is happening in an institution where, just last financial year, multiple employees reportedly lost their lives under extreme work pressure. Yet, nothing changes. → Same pressure. → Same targets. → Same toxic culture. → Is this banking or silent exploitation? → Are employees professionals or machines expected to run 24x7? Bravo, @bankofbaroda From customer service to “night shift review culture” - truly setting a new benchmark. 👏 @DFS_India @FinMinIndia @LabourMinistry @CLCMOLE #BankingStress #WorkLifeBalance #BankersVoice

UPGB RM Who Sent Legal Notice Now Forcing Staff to Work on Sunday❗️ In #UPGB the pressure on branch staff in March seems to have crossed all limits. In the Thakurdwara WhatsApp group, #PradeepMohan_Dixit (RM) posted a message instructing that since branch staff are going to the field today for recovery follow-up, each branch must also collect minimum two leads for the schemes CM Yuva Scheme and PM Surya Ghar Yojana, along with name, mobile number and address. There is no written order to open branches today. Yet such WhatsApp instructions clearly indicate indirect pressure to work on a Sunday. One employee shared this painful reality: “On Second Saturday we were already working for Lok Adalat. Today is Sunday and again staff are being forced to go to the field for recovery and collect loan proposals. Practically there is no leave in March. We are working all 7 days without time for personal or family responsibilities. Meanwhile RM and DRM sit at home and keep increasing pressure through calls and messages. This raises serious questions: ❓Are bankers now expected to work 365 days a year? ❓Have WhatsApp messages become unofficial work orders on holidays? ❓Why is the pressure always on branch staff while senior officials stay comfortably at home? Ironically, the same RM Pradeep Mohan Dixit once sent a legal notice when such issues were raised publicly. But the bigger question is for the leadership: Will the Chairman of #UPGB, @bankofbaroda @DFS_India take note of such practices? Or will branch staff continue to face 7-day pressure cycles through WhatsApp orders while accountability remains missing? Bankers deserve respect, not silent exploitation #Bankersvoice

🚨NO SUNDAY FOR BANKERS: UCO Bank Forces Officers Into Branch for Audit Work An office order from UCO Bank Bhadohi branch directs officers to report on Sunday for RBIA audit and revenue leakage rectification. This means bankers must sacrifice their only weekly rest day just to fix compliance gaps created by a broken system. While top officials attend conferences and speak about reforms, the ground reality is brutal: ➡ Staff shortage ➡ Endless targets ➡ Audit pressure ➡ And now even Sundays are grabbed Are bankers government employees or bonded labour? If audit preparation was required, why was proper manpower and planning not done during working days? @DFS_India @RBI @UCOBankOfficial Bankers are human beings, not 24×7 machines. #Bankers #BankingExploitation #RespectBankers

🚨 KYC Irregularities Flagged. Whistleblower Suspended. What Is #SBI Trying to Silence❓ Banker raises concern about improper KYC practices and potential money mule accounts. Result? → SUSPENSION. Manager (Compliance & Risk) at State Bank of India, reportedly flagged serious KYC irregularities that could expose the banking system to fraud or even terror financing risks. Instead of a transparent investigation, she has now been placed under suspension for allegedly damaging the bank’s reputation on social media. This raises serious questions: Is raising compliance concerns a crime? Should whistleblowers be punished instead of protected? Will internal pressure silence officers who speak about risks? If KYC lapses are possible in a bank with 53+ crore customers, shouldn’t the focus be on investigation rather than retaliation? The public deserves clarity. @TheOfficialSBI @RBI @FinMinIndia Punishing the messenger does not solve the problem. #bankersvoice

Bank closes at evening but exploitation starts after that. @MyIndianBank Ahmedabad Zone has called BMs and ABMs for a 6 PM meeting on routine targets and campaigns. No Emergency. No crisis. Just daily pressure politics. So tell us clearly 👉 Are bankers employees or 24×7 bonded labour? 👉 Do families of bankers not exist? 👉 Why are review meetings always scheduled after official working hours? If management is serious about productivity, hold meetings during banking hours not by stealing personal time and mental health. Late evening meetings are nothing but institutionalised unpaid overtime and a silent attack on dignity of officers. @DFS_India @FinMinIndia Bankers are humans not machines. Respect working hours. Respect lives. Withdraw this order immediately. #IndianBank #BankersLivesMatter #StopBankingExploitation #bankersvoice

Salary is a Legal Right, Not Charity!! Employees are not machines or slaves. Must watch for @RBI & @DFS_India. Harassing employees over salary is illegal, cruel, and criminal. Salary is earned money, not a handout. Now the situation has gone completely out of control. Employees are being mentally tortured, forced to stay in toxic jobs, denied the right to resign, and pushed into deep depression. People are quitting to survive..some are being trapped against their will. Lives are being destroyed, and in some cases, lost. This is not management pressure..this is blatant abuse of power.

Allegations of habitual workplace abuse in UPG Bank, Maharajganj Region. RM #Mukesh_Jain is repeatedly accused by officers of using abusive, insulting and demeaning language in official meetings. Multiple incidents over time suggest a pattern of misconduct, not an isolated event. Officers allege that employees are treated with utter disrespect and humiliation, as if their dignity does not matter. Such behaviour has created fear, stress and mental harassment across branches. A few months ago, an officer (Pawan Tripathi) was allegedly abused so severely that he required hospitalisation. Instead of accountability, the officer was later transferred, raising serious concerns of victimisation. Recently, another officer, Shivam Srivastava, was allegedly abused publicly in front of staff. When he responded in self-respect, the RM reportedly escalated the verbal attack further. This video is shared so that the reality of workplace culture is visible and not suppressed. Gramin Bank officers are professionals, not objects of intimidation. We demand an impartial inquiry and immediate corrective action. @DFS_India @FinMinIndia @MoFOfficial @bankofbaroda #StopWorkplaceAbuse #UPGBank #GraminBankers #bankersvoice
