@mankindcouk Absolutely disgusted. I bought one of your products for the first time and it arrived with no seal and when I unscrewed it there was a bloody big finger scoop out of the middle - you can even see the finger print in it and they scraped their finger clean on the edge

@Mankind_CS @mankindcouk I appreciate the response. Now if someone would actually help fix this problem, that would be great. Every reply she has received has said they can’t help. And there’s no way to speak to someone to properly investigate what happened. That’s NOT customer service.

It’s time now for you @mankindcouk and @Mankind_CS to resolve the problem my daughter has been emailing you about & I have DMd you about. Stop telling us you can’t fix it. What u did wasn’t legal. I’ll be contacting our bank next.
