🚨 ROSTER UPDATE 🚨 After careful consideration, Kristoffer ‘Kristou’ Aamand has been moved to our inactive roster, effective immediately. We want to thank Kris for all the great memories and for always being an outstanding friend and teammate. Additionally, Marcus ‘maNkz’ Kjeldsen’s trial period has come to an end, with both parties mutually agreeing not to continue due to Marcus’ other personal commitments. Further updates will follow soon...

@NaToSaphiX Okay fair, from my understanding too much individual communication, will effect the team, and then yeah ultimately in my opinon you can "overcommunicate"

@mankzCS I will agree from a team perspective that there is a thing as communicating too much or flooding the comms For me, I don't remember ever having a feeling that a teammate was talking "too much". - I've always been happy to have vocal teammates

My CS hot take: Communicating too much doesn’t exist

@NaToSaphiX To give an example: You get certain information that imply that the T's are gonna attack B bombiste, if the A players start talking too much, and don't give the B bombsite players space in comms to prepare, and the rotation players aswell. It's too much communication overall imo.

@NaToSaphiX And allow space for that information to come across, and get the point across the information get's lost in "too much communication". While there are also plenty of moments, where silence is required for sounds or focus imo.

There´s too many people who "ruin" their life by trying to go pro. Sure give it a go from Age 10-20, and you can even take a year or two at your parents or living off savings. I even did that But there's way too many who've "tasted" or seen pro life, and now think it´s feasible to achieve a long-term solution. It can be an evil circle if you never consider your situation. Going in as a 25-35 year old - into the "next stage of life" and having 0$ saved, no education, sacrificed friendships and no work experience can be a harsh reality check. I think it should be more common amongst Semi pros / low tier pros, to get real advice from agents, friends or even previous pros and tell them the reality of the situation. Not everybody will have the skill or mind to make it. And no not everyone will be a talent, streamer or content creator after their career. It´s the small percentage of pros, not the average retirement. Be realistic with your ambitions, and try to achieve your dreams. But please realize there´s so much more than CS out there.

Extremely grateful to have had this opportunity in the first place and the amount of support shown towards us throughout the time was amazing. Thank you to @slaxzcs @s1nCS @swishercs @LakeCS1 @dephhgg for being amazing teammates and brothers throughout the time. Thanks to @SyykoNT and @mfmereu for the opportunity and allowing me to have this experience. Don't know exactly what's next for me yet but I'm excited for the future and next journey. 💚💣

everyone wants to be hot, attractive etc, but in my personal experience - people who are genuine, helpful, kind, communicative, respectful, and mostly important grateful all have a certain aura… the spark of divinity within them shines through and there is an immediate pull

Was diagnosed w clinical depression recently. At least now I know why I have not been myself for many years. I am currently also travelling home to say goodbye to my father, who‘s passing away from cancer. You can see why I always feel like things don‘t get better. But I am determined to get better. Even if it feels impossible at times.

Just landed in France. Rethinking that we won 6 trophies in a row is a crazy shit. I never expected to win that much in such a short notice. Now we are full focus towards the preparation for the major, the most important one. Cya in 2 weeks in Austin 👿

@ecstaticCS building another roster doing extremely well in the realm of tier 2-3 in Counter Strike, with limited resources, coincidence? I don't think so. What i think it is: They scout people not players, trust the proccess, and support the players no matter what. Mad respect
