I prefer San Daniele, but Parma is great, thinly cut so it melts in your mouth. Not sure why the Spanish get so riled up. Yes, Ibérico bellota is the wagyu of cold cuts, but it’s different. It has thicker cuts, is fattier, with a different flavor. Just different. Parma done right is fantastic. Sometimes you don’t want to eat wagyu.

Parma ham is an undeniable masterpiece of “Made in Italy” 🇮🇹
