@sewateruk I read online if the domestic supply uses more than the shop then it can be a domestic supply. I use less than 20 litres a day, the flat has a family of 4 in it. Castle Water are threatening all sorts, I don’t understand it, they say it’s your choice if it’s domestic or business

@sewateruk I rent a shop that has a flat above it, they have been paying you for the water for several years. Castle Water are demanding over £2.5k from me even though you’ve been paid for the water. I’ve tried calling you, nothing done It’s really impacting on my mental H.
