Can you please help me and my family @ColemanAllied ??? @CoachSammiC We trusted you with our belongings on May 22 to move our family of 3 including my wife and our one year old baby from TX to MD. You took our beds, cribs, dressers to a storage facility in Houston. Yesterday (June 18) we were told it would be 3 more weeks AT LEAST before our things arrive. (via a cold and heartless toned email) Our move date was pushed back multiple times as we were reassured by the move coordinator you provided a driver would pick it up soon, and there was nothing to worry about. The move consultant you provided has stopped responding to texts and calls. We're now living in an empty home with a baby, no furniture, and no clear indication when we will have our things. We've already paid nearly 50% of the contracted total of the move and feel helpless to any solution. We have called and pleaded for help only to be met with empty words and sympathy but no actual reasoning. Surely this is not what your company is about. This is not right. PLEASE HELP!
