@Masterbuilt Looks good but 165 F is not cold smoking. MBGS is great for low & slow or hot & fast. If you're into Korean food you, gotta try some smoked pork pelly. Hot & fast for 90 min with applewood here. 👇🏻

No judgement here. I like masterbuilt and was cranking out ribs on one just a few years ago. I’ve also used all kinds of rigs and set ups throughout my journey, including a pellet grill that I’ve come to really like.
