Studying Sociology and Psychology should be pre-requisites for marketers. Usual way: A) Reverse engineer customer behaviour by analysing results and mistakes Better way: Learn what makes people tick, how behaviour spreads (social network and graph theories), then do A)

🔗 Organizations are becoming undirected social networks. Organizations are changing into more fluid structures to allow bigger network effects and flexibility.

3. Disruptive innovation introduces new products or services to underserved or new markets, starting modestly but eventually overtaking established players. This type of innovation is commonly pursued by new, risk-taking entrants, often younger, who are not bound by existing market norms and are less prone to the Innovator’s Dilemma.

2. Sustaining innovation targets incremental enhancements of existing products or services to meet the changing needs of current markets, often requiring capital, which older individuals may possess more of.

1. Efficiency innovations focus on process and operational improvements to optimize workflows, cut costs, and boost productivity, leveraging deep process knowledge often associated with experienced individuals.

Getting 1:1 support for services like tutoring, coaching, mentorship, and even therapy was once only available to the well-off. Will AI help democratize these services for wider audiences? This could genuinely change the social infrastructure and level the playing field.

Phase 3: Execute tasks on behalf of the worker. This involves intelligent and reliable interaction with enterprise systems, including generating invoices or placing orders.
