back when i was a hermit and never did shit i would sometimes go multiple years without getting sick once. now that i go out and live life and socialize ive been sick at least 6 times in 6 months lol. i think my body is experiencing so many viruses it never experienced before.

for anyone starting a health journey this new year, watch youtube videos! one thing that helped me start and stay consistent was watching fitness influencer tutorials. and TRACK YOUR CALORIES!!!! you dont realize how much you eat until you start tracking everything.

one of my main goals when i started my health journey was fixing my sleeping schedule, and i think its safe to say its fixed. ive been going to sleep around midnight and my body is naturally waking me up between 8-9am now. its doing wonders for my energy and keeping me consistent
