We're hiring grantmakers and senior generalists across our Global Catastrophic Risks teams.
Right now, our biggest constraint is people, not funding, which means every strong hire directly translates into more critical work getting done. 🧵

@CharlesD353 Some reasons for this:
1. Non-public hiring rounds
2. I ~suspect they'll be publicly hiring soon (but not based on any specific information, tbc)
3. CG has historically been slow to hire (mistake / skill issue)

On the post, grantmaker capacity being the bottleneck for getting more money out the door seems a bit hard to square with CG not appearing to be currently hiring for any grantmaking roles in AI related fields at all.
