Hello! If you or someone you know is thinking about applying to MFA programs, Minnesota is having an open house tomorrow from 12-1 Central US Time. We're a 3 year program, fully-funded (21k, no fees), and most of our students can get summer funding or summer teaching.

And, you will teach a 1-1. First years and second years tend to teach intro to creative writing or receive a gradership, Third years often teach 3000 level workshops

It is also possible to leave with a grad certificate in Black Studies or Gender Studies from UMN (many of our students are doing that work) in addition to an MFA
