@SurePetcare The cat flap suddenly not letting my cat out. WiFi checked, battery checked, even delete and add the cat again. It can detect her chip but just not working for her. We will leave home travelling next week. The car will be on her own. This problem worries us.

@Perseus852 Quite a few of them noticed this BRP number issue and got stuck. Some chose to save and leave the application for the day, some chose to input the passport number. Most of them can't wait until 23/2 simply because their LOTR expiring soon.
