Okay i fasted till 3pm today and i just had 2protein powder scoops(shake), 200g of tempeh and a protein bar 700cals total For dinner/midnight snack i will have konjac noodles (80cals) l And then i will fast till the next day 3pm #edtwt slay

@mentalipink i just intermittent fasted then did omad and did 10k steps. i think the reason why i lost so much and quickly was bc my real weight was like 52 but i binged for a few days and it went to 54 so when i restricted it dropped so quickly

friday vs today. lost almost 4kgs in 6 days (it’s mostly water weight)
