@nimishx $15 is not crazy post Nasdaq listing. It will remove a major barrier for US institutions that cannot or will not touch small foreign OTC names until now. Once $SIVE becomes easier to own for larger funds, the valuation framework will mooning very quickly. 🚀🌕

Everyone talks about $SIVE and AI photonics. But few talk about this: They lost a SATCOM RFQ to MixComm… then acquired them a year later. Now they sit across: • AI compute (photonics) • SATCOM/Wireless (defense, satellite, 5G/6G, DoD) Two mega trends. One story. New post to educate about SATCOM ⤵️ andersstorm.substack.com/p/sivers-semic…

The results from $SNDK are extremely bullish for $SIVE in two key areas: 1. $SIVE operates within the high-speed semiconductor ecosystem The outstanding numbers from $SNDK confirm that AI infrastructure is being built at a real speed Not just a theoretical one Continue⬇️

Up 120%+ in $SIVE: Here's what I learned... 1. Conviction can build while you're IN the stock. You just need a quick stock filter/research system sometimes. The reason it entered into the system quickly & became a straight buy was due to: a) a highly diversified company (lesser risk) in the AI infrastructure for photonics supply chain with confirmed position in supply chain of hyperscalers, b) massive revenue growth expected over the next few years with CPO adoption and buildout (I really love high-growth companies), c) and their products being in high-demand, clearly because supply is much lesser (and will be for a few years), even with the likes of Lumentum and Coherent, and the fact that photonics & CPO represents the inevitable future of AI infra and a clear bottleneck made SIVE a no-brainer, d) financial health and disciplined management (no misinformation, no recklessness), which showed me they run a tight ship and gave me more trust in the company's longevity. 2. Accumulation in chunks. Accumulation in chunks, especially during mini-phases of fear or uncertainty really helps, instead of buying all at once. Depends on your strategy as an investor. But I follow this because any stock can drop suddenly after you bought it (especially if it is at all time highs and in everyone's radar), mainly through profit-taking, and sometimes, unfortunately, stock price manipulation by media. When panic sets in, we buy, and that helps build long-term wealth on a company like SIVE which is projected to grow massively. That is what I am planning to do until the end of the year. I know this can be a door for lesser upside, but I like that balance between risk and reward. Suits my character more. 3. Trust your instincts. Sometimes it isn't just about the numbers. It can also be something within you that says, "just go for it, you might regret it later on, this is an opportunity". And that is what I felt, and I put that into action. There is no formula to trust your heart, apart from being honest with yourself and towards what you feel. Final Thoughts: Hope this helped you in some way. 🩷 I know this post didn't go into numbers, I really wanted to focus more on the human-side of what the journey has been for me while writing about this company and share that with you all. Promise you that I'm working on a detailed thesis on SIVE and will drop it for FREE soon. Can't wait to share the full breakdown with you. 😍

Fun fact: don’t think any large US institution had positions in $SIVE / $SIVEF since it was a majority owned local Swedish retail stock. There’s also fund mandates preventing US funds from entering (eg. Nasdaq listing / $1B MC) That’s definitely changed now thanks to European media shaking out the local holders, Sivers upcoming NASDAQ listing, and hitting $1B+ MC. Again $1.3B is literal spare change for hyperscalers and US institutions. And I have high confidence many would want exposure to CPO, silicon photonics and lasers, since there’s only a few in the entire world like $LITE, $COHR, and $MTSI. Especially… a CHIPS Act laser supplier likely in $AMD, $MRVL, $AAPL, Lightmatter, Ayar, AlChip, GUC, O-Net and other supply chains like the Golden Dome. Part of it is game theory for share accumulation. Since US/Western retail now owns a large part of the float (off of the Swedish sellers). And US institutions now want exposure.

Also feels like there’s an infinite TWAP on $SIVE Price goes up, long time holders sell, price goes up even more. Feel like large institutional bids averaging their buys.

If you’re curious why $SIVEF is up even more today. $SIVE, as a CHIPS act recipient: Now likely powers the Golden Dome. As the upstream semi supplier since Sivers’ lead customer ALLSPACE got acquired by $YSS. York happens to be a national defense prime contractor with links to the Space Force, Space Development Agency, DoD, and Golden Dome. So Sivers, a mini Swedish company, basically got a backdoor to powering the US space buildout.

Exactly — the headline numbers alone may not look exceptional, but the strategic signal is what matters here. Capacity expansion into InP/photonics, lasers and optical modules directly addresses a key bottleneck in the AI/optical interconnect value chain. For $SIVE, WIN’s direction of travel is highly relevant. If the partner ecosystem is scaling exactly where Sivers is positioned — ahead of the Nasdaq listing — the read-through is hard to ignore. And don’t worry, the boat is still boarding before the rocket leaves. Welcome aboard. 🚀 $SIVE

Let's dig deeper in the photonics AI landscape. What is InP? The real bottleneck in AI isn’t compute anymore, it’s InP lasers! At the center of that shift sits one material most investors still have not heard about: However $SIVE $LITE $COHR is in the middle of it. Indium Phosphide (InP) → Enables 800G, 1.6T, 3.2T optical links → Critical for co-packaged optics (CPO) → Already a supply bottleneck across the industry NVIDIA just validated this with multi-$B investments into optical supply chains. This is not optional infrastructure. It’s the next scaling limit. Hennce I wrote a deep dive on: • Why InP is important • Why silicon photonics depends on it • Who actually wins (LITE, COHR, Sivers) Full post below andersstorm.substack.com/p/why-indium-p…

This headline is a very relevant signal, in my view. When Optical Communications, LEO satellites and AI data centers are all described as “firing on all cylinders” at WIN Semi, it suggests the photonics demand environment is becoming much broader and more commercially visible. For $SIVE, the read-through could be meaningful given the strategic relevance of WIN as a partner in scaling photonics capacity. Would you consider this a clear bullish confirmation for the $SIVE / WIN relationship? 🚀

This is not just another quarterly datapoint, in my view. 🚀 WIN Semi now explicitly separating Optical Communications and highlighting an end-to-end photonics capability — from chip design through testing — suggests the segment is moving from optionality to strategic relevance. For $SIVE, that matters. Their partnership with WIN is about scaling high-power DFB lasers and laser arrays for exactly the type of optical infrastructure demand now being pulled by AI data centers, silicon photonics, CPO, and next-gen optical interconnects. If WIN is seeing enough traction to disclose this separately, I would view that as a meaningful validation signal for the broader photonics supply chain — and potentially a very important read-through for $SIVE. Curious how others in the sector interpret this: incremental positive, or a genuine bullish inflection point?

$SIVE partner WIN Semi: ”Notably, the company for the first time separately disclosed Optical communications, which accounted for 5%-10% of revenue, and emphasized that it has built a complete Photonics Solution spanning from chip design to testing.”
