A bit about me and my crypto journey. Thank you to every last person who has ever got involved in any way. It has been a massive team effort to bring this "pirate" movement to mainstream acceptance. I am a lawyer and venture capitalist from New Zealand who has lived in 11 different countries for over 6 months each. Australia, Japan and England all for over 6 years. I was an early user of the internet in the late 1980s. I queued to buy Windows 95. I helped run a large tech fund in the late 1990s. I got very interested in BitGold in 1998 and got super excited. I still am. I could immediately see how crypto currencies would even the financial playing field. A young kid in Africa could now potentially take their whole village from total poverty to massive wealth. Anyone could become a bank overnight. Blockchain technology has unlimited user cases and benefits. Bit Gold was never implemented, but its concepts were. 11 years later. Bitcoin and then other currencies have steadily been developed. I began teaching about social media in 2007 and especially Twitter from 2009 and wrote the first book about online branding. I pioneered Twitter chats, the scheduling of posts and worked for Twitter Japan. I was the first to sell an ebook for Bitcoin in 2012. Using a wordpress payment plugin. I then made an encyclopedia about the first 220 currencies and even interviewed some of the founders. I got a bit disillusioned because of Mt Gox before getting back in in May 2015. I bought the first ever crypto related NFT. I hosted Bitcoin Blab a daily video discussion about crypto and traveled extensively attending and speaking at crypto conferences. For 2 years from September 2015 to September 2017 I was the number 2 influencer about Bitcoin on Twitter. After the Bitcoin account itself. See the screenshots below taken 2 years apart. I have always wanted to know and then share everything. Super excited now as the golden age of crypto begins with the new SEC and overall renewed energy in the whole space. So we now officially have a lot less sea ice than any other previous year. Sea ice keeps our oceans and atmosphere cool. Sea ice loss is exponential and very hard to reverse. This is called a feedback loop. As oceans warm then more and more ice will melt meaning even warmer oceans next year. Not many seem terribly concerned about this kind of thing anymore. Have we decided to just give up, to live and let live and let nature take its course?

Everything is so exponential. Here in Australia the environment is barely ever discussed and is not really an election issue. Both the 2 main parties have equal disregard for science or nature. Its a mess. By 2030 we will have a Blue Ocean event with no Arctic Sea Ice. This I think will cause climate chaos
