I appreciate when an academic makes a passing remark showing that they value work/life balance and/or that they also juggle work and childcare. It shows everyone, esp. more junior researchers, that it can and should be done, and that we don't always have to hide our struggles.

Today is my last day at @dBC_UniPD and in the amazing project @ERC_SenSArt : I learned a lot and had a great time. I am very thankful to the PI @zuleika_murat for hiring me and for supporting me in multiple ways throughout these 3+ years, and to all my colleagues (thread below)
