@Mike_Kurland He’s actually pretty fast too, so a threat on the bases he stole 19 in the minors last year and 25 the year before. He’s got 2 months of runway here before Tommy gets back.

Muncy is too old to play second, and Rushing is a catcher his whole life and cannot just change to a big league-quality infielder... maybe left field, but Teo is doing pretty well so far. It is a tough situation, but he is just blocked rn... like when verdugo, Mckinstry...vargas... etc... He could start on any other team, just about and the best thing for his career would be to be traded for up-and-comers... The best thing for the Dodgers would be to keep him as the backup and as Smith gets hurt or older, let Rushing slowly take over the position.
