Before you send a negative text/email to your coach, take a pause and consider the following - They're volunteers not employees, they don't have to do what they're doing and for most of them they do it because it's fun. Do you know what is going on in their life? their work, their family? They already know they could improve on their coaching and their admin but struggle with time due to work and family commitments.
They are basically the ones that stepped forward when the team needed help. Sometimes a well intentioned message can be received as the last straw, remember they don't have to do what they're doing and if they leave after this message is there anyone else that will do what they do? Maybe, or maybe not.
Your coach is unlikely to have the knowledge of Ferguson, the tactical competence of Pep. They're also doing everything they do to keep things running around their already hectic life, their kids, their job and sometimes can forget things or make honest mistakes.
Now back to that text, how about you start it with Hey Coach, thanks for what you do, is there anything I can help with.....

@alexfenlon @chilternrailway 16 years ago when we moved out of London the daily service to/ from London from Banbury was excellent. Punctual, reliable and always got a seat. The service is none of those things now and fares have increased massively. Absolute shambles ….

@chilternrailway appear to be struggling. Rapidly losing customer satisfaction and constant complaints via X. What’s going on? Once a fab company and pains me to see this.

When did this US-inspired ‘prom’ shit become a thing in the UK? Back in the 70s we had an end-of-summer term school disco. OK, it was crap, but only cost our parents 50p. 🤨🤔 theguardian.com/commentisfree/…
