Espor yöneticileri olarak üzerine düşünmemiz gereken konuları net ve anlaşılabilir bir hale getirmişsin abi ellerine sağlık. Ben de bu konu üzerine bir iki şey söylemek istedim. Aktif yöneticiler için paralel ekosistemler anlayışının kritik olduğunu düşünüyorum Response to "The Sovereignty of Esports: A Blueprint for the Next Global Authority" I found your analysis of the current landscape both timely and intellectually grounded. Your "Dual-DNA" perspective, bridging the gap between traditional sports rights and publisher-side ecosystem building, is exactly what the industry needs to move past the "fragmented grassroots" phase. I particularly appreciate your breakdown of the IESF and GEF; it exposes the fundamental paradox of governing something you do not own. Based on my experience in the ecosystem, I’d like to offer a few reflections on your "Blueprint" and the reality of the power dynamics at play. 1. The Paradox of "The Riyadh Gravity" I strongly agree with your assessment of the Saudi investment, but I believe we must be cautious about conflating high-intensity organization with governance. The Arabian system is currently attractive because it provides the liquidity the ecosystem desperately needs. However, as you noted, it is not a governing body—it is a high-investing organizer. The risk here is asymmetric dependency. Without clear limitations or a multi-national charter, we risk a "monopoly of patronage" where the future of the industry is biased toward the strategic interests of a single national entity. If the investment climate shifts, the lack of a neutral governing foundation leaves the entire infrastructure vulnerable to a single point of failure. 2. The Ghost of FIFA and the "Skating Case" Your mention of a "FIFA for Esports" template is a common industry dream, but history suggests it is a dangerous one. FIFA’s success wasn't just about structure; it was built on early monopolization of a game that exists in the public domain. In esports, the "game" is private property. We see the legal friction this creates in the famous ISU (International Skating Union) case, where the attempt of a federation to control athletes' commercial opportunities was challenged as an antitrust violation. If a global governing body attempts to monopolize the system without international governmental alignment, it will inevitably clash with corporate publishers. In the case of global governance, emerging esports titles will always be a threat to existing corporate giants, creating a natural resistance that no one can solve without high-level political intervention. 3. The WTO Model and the "Big Boy" Dependency While your proposal for a "WTO Model" is structurally sound and perhaps the only realistic path forward, its implementation relies entirely on the participation of the "Big Boys"—specifically Valve and Tencent. For these giants to voluntarily bind themselves to a global authority, they would first need to face an existential crisis that only such a body could solve. Currently, most major publishers govern with short-term commercialization goals rather than long-term ecosystem sustainability. The only way I see a "WTO of Esports" happening without a total market crash is if a leader like Valve takes the initiative to sacrifice a portion of its absolute power to achieve a sustainable outcome for the long term. 4. Conclusion: Parallel Ecosystems We must be careful what we wish for; a unified governing body might only emerge from the ashes of a significant industry collapse. Until then, as managers and stakeholders, we must operate with the sober understanding that the "esports ecosystem" is not a single entity. It is a collection of multiple parallel publisher ecosystems, each with its own gravity, its own risks, and its own commercial expiration date

Not: Okuma süresi yaklaşık 13 dk.
