Aplikasi OTA (Online Travel Agent) seperti Traveloka atau Tiketcom data/nama penumpang itu diinput secara mandiri sama pembeli. Jadi bagaimana mungkin Traveloka bisa salah input?
Coba tanyakan ke asistennya atau kemarin siapa yang check out tiketnya. Makanya teliti sebelum check out.
