Parents, are there any good apps out there for kids games for a near 5yr old? Sky Kids app has gone, and he has played the CBeebies app for a while so needs something new. Looking for kid safe apps, no adverts, no dodgy links out the app or purchases etc.

@rdmpage @trastknast @Nature @SpringerNature Hey - making a little progress - I think it's causing issues with the cookie banner. The following worked for me. Disable hush, reload the page, click accept or reject cookies from the banner then enable hush again. From there it seems to work.

Wow, I’m using the “Hush” content blocker by @trastknast on Safari on a Mac ,and I can’t use @Nature or @SpringerNature journals without switching it off! It’s bonkers that science journal websites require me to see ads.

@duolingo is there a problem with the leaderboards at the moment? For the last couple of days it looks like it isn’t recording all my XP. It appears it’s maybe only adding the XP from every other lesson?

Just managed to give myself a bleeding head wound by pulling a plug so forcefully from its socket that it flew up and hit me in the forehead. It’s great timing to be bleeding profusely too, as I’m getting married in an hour. Wish me luck! 😅

@moddular @Nature I think it’s the wrong way round? It’s now saying the original article is an erratum.

It would be nice if someone at @Nature could fix the metadata on pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33199918/ so it points to the correct article (PMID 32015507, not 3205507)

@IanMulvany I think the issue I had with PyTorch on an m1 was I was missing a rust compiler - once that was installed I think things were ok

@EdibleReading Ouch that is a pretty brutal assessment of the town. Sad about this though. Ate there a few times when we were in Henley and it was unfailingly wonderful. Going to miss their ember dessert in particular.
