रोज़ या हर जुम्मे को सड़क पर नमाज़ पढ़ने से लोगों को दिक्कत होगी इसलिए उसे रोकना समझ भी आता है और सही भी है लेकिन साल में एक बार ईद या बकरीद पर एक दिन ऐसा ना करने देने का तुक नहीं है। हर धर्म का कोई ना कोई कार्यक्रम साल में कभी ना कभी सड़क पर या ऐसी जगहों पर होता ही है जिससे आम लोगों को कुछ दिक्कत होती है पर किसी एक दिन के कुछ घंटों में कोई तूफ़ान नहीं आ जाता। मत कीजिए बॉस ये सब। पर्व त्योहार सबके लिए ख़ास होता है। जैसे दिवाली के धुएँ पर छाती पीटने वाले और होली के पानी पर रोने वाले फ़िज़ूल के लगते हैं वैसे ही ये सब भी लग रहा है देख कर। मत कीजिए।

तस्वीर में दिख रहे दृश्य उत्तर प्रदेश के कौशांबी के हैं। तस्वीरों में लोगों को बकरे ले जाते हुए देखा जा सकता है। दरअस्ल ये लोग बकरों को लूटकर ले जा रहे हैं। कौशांबी के कोखराज थाना क्षेत्र के अंदावा टेढ़ी मोड़ के पास बकरों से भरा एक ट्रक पलट गया। ट्रक में करीब 200 से ज्यादा बकरे/बकरियां भरी हुई थीं। ट्रक पलटा तो उसमें मौजूद बकरे/बकरियां भी सड़क पर बिखर गईं। अभी घायल ट्रक सवार लोग पलटे हुए ट्रक में ही फंसे थे कि, इसी दौरान वहां पर मौजूद कुछ लोगों ने इंसानों की मदद करने के बजाय बकरों को लूटना शुरू कर दिया। अब इस घटना का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है, जिसमें लोगों को बकरों को ले जाते हुए देखा जा सकता है। इस शर्मनाक हरकत के लिए किसी वर्ग विशेष को कटहरे में खड़ा करना उचित नहीं है। लेकिन सवाल यह है कि अगर इस शर्मनाक कृत्य को करने वाले ‘दूसरे’ होते तो अब तक मीडिया के एंकर चीख-चीख कर उन लोगों को ‘डी-ह्यूमनाइज’ साबित करने के षडयंत्र में लग गए होते। लेकिन फिलहाल शांति है। चूंकि घटना भाजपा शासित राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश की है, इसलिए कोई सवाल भी नहीं पूछेगा कि उत्तर प्रदेश जैसे ‘राम राज्य’ से तो चोर लुटेरे भाग गए थे, तब ये लोग कौन हैं?

फिर कह रहा हूँ कि सड़क के आंदोलन ही बदलाव लायेंगे, सोशल मीडिया की नौटंकी नहीं। IYC का यह आंदोलन जो मीडिया कवर नहीं कर रही है, उसे Cockroach Media कहा जाना चाहिए।

जब लाखों युवा सड़क पर हों, 22 लाख बच्चों का भविष्य दांव पर हो और PM चुप हो - तो सरकार जवाब देने नहीं, बचने में लगी है। जब तक धर्मेंद्र प्रधान का इस्तीफा नहीं होता और NEET जैसे पेपर लीक रोकने के लिए foolproof सिस्टम नहीं बनता - हम रुकेंगे नहीं।

Another viral video reportedly shows Karnail Singh openly threatening Muslims and saying that prayers (namaz) would not be allowed there. He is also allegedly seen admitting involvement in the demolition of the madrasa. Under the Constitution of India, every citizen has the right to religious freedom, including the right to establish and manage religious educational institutions within the framework of law. If these allegations are true, the actions shown in the videos raise serious legal and constitutional concerns. The incident has sparked demands for action from Delhi Police, the Delhi Government, and minority rights bodies. Critics are asking whether authorities and the judiciary will take cognizance of what they describe as intimidation, communal targeting, and unlawful interference in religious freedom. The Constitution guarantees every citizen the right to live with dignity and equal protection under law.
