i’ve said it before but it’s insane to me how comics are really the only form of media where a character can have false allegations. there’s no other medium where you can spread lies about a character that are widely believed to be true because nobody actually engages with canon

@SUBMARINER1941 again, kind of a hit or miss, but I barely see the same situation displaying in these media other than it does comics. could be related on how comics belong to certain editorials and the adaptations are used as advertising, which legitimizes the actually non-canon perception
