I hate that it’s always “please get help, please talk to someone” and there’s never actually anyone who can help. No one takes insurance. Out of pocket is $300 an appt. Society doesn’t make getting help easy until a tragedy happens and it’s like “why didn’t they just reach out?”

@r4vshi @1csobased usually after every meal but i noticed my teeth hurting and starting to rot genuinely like less than a month in. purging causes sm harm and made my breath smell like straight ass 24/7 pls pls pls do not purge and js do anything else 🙏
