In 2021, Bill joined 13 players he scouted as an inductee of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Some women don’t actually want honesty, they want comfort that feels like honesty. The moment you say something real that doesn’t favor them, the narrative flips, you’re suddenly either insensitive, disrespectful, or too harsh. Not because what you said was false, but because it disrupted the version of reality they were comfortable with. There’s this idea that men should be honest, but only within the boundaries of what’s emotionally convenient. The second that honesty requires accountability or self-reflection, it’s no longer appreciated, it’s resisted. Honesty without emotional cushioning isn’t always welcomed, especially when it challenges ego, expectations, or self-image. Real honesty will not always feel good but it’s the only thing that actually creates growth. Anything else is just comfort in disguise.
