@romaineyea right! since BC makes me feel literally insane, i have to take a diabetes medication prescribed off-label. so now i just have to…live with the pain and the fear and the grief? like????!!!!

@mralbr i just got diagnosed in december + i feel u man! i wanted to seek more comprehensive endocrinology but bc i’m not trying to conceive atm they’re just like ! take your birth control and live with it. :/

ok it’s time for one of my pcos rants. sometimes i’m just looking for content online for some solidarity but 90% of pcos content is selling a diet or supplement to “reverse” it. pls make it stop

i was so nervous about finishing grad school. what would be next? turns out it’s time to try new things. i took a ceramics class, and now i’m a community member in a local community college’s chorus. what an interesting new chapter of my life!

ok i submitted my research to complete my master’s degree tonight. what’s next?? maybe i’ll do something wild and go get like, a literacy or sped cert. idk how to not be a student!!!

i thought my pcos diagnosis would be helpful (bc i worry about fertility issues, the higher risk of endometrial cancer, etc) but trying out different medications to manage my symptoms has been hellish🙃
