@CraigStem @nickstrong For the players who are not getting reps, those JV innings ARE high intensity. They are busting to prove themselves worthy of getting conference innings against a team full of guys doing the same thing. They know they could get bounced out. Those innings matter to them.

There's likely 7-8 arms in every college bullpen with less than 10 innings/appearances this year. Another 3-4 that are getting run out there twice a week. If you're looking to make a deep run in conference/regionals, you're gonna need them all. Might wanna start getting the former ready and give the latter a rest. It happens every year!

@nickstrong @CraigStem Game reps are still better than nothing for guys that get nothing beyond live bp at practice. Not the same, sure. But game reps are still valuable even if it isn't against the best 9 of the opposing side.

@Coach_GravesSr JUCO/D2/D3 is the only viable path to D1 unless you are a legit draft propsect or ok with a redshirt year before you are a bounceback to where ypu should have been out of HS. Most high level D1 programs need proven talent for their level, no room left for development picks.

It’s amazing to me how many high school seniors think JUCO Baseball is easy. As a parent of a player who started out as a D1 guy then went to Juco, I saw what my son went through daily being challenged. Some of you HS guys will have a reality check in Juco. #CoachGravesGuys
