@MattWalshBlog Wrong. Karens aren't random annoying white women. Karens are entitled narcissists who believe everyone should bend to their will. And all Karens ain't white or female. There are some men out there giving strong Karen energy!

“Karen” is a racial slur. If I derisively referred to random black women I find annoying as “Shaniqua” or whatever everyone would consider it racist. The Karen slur is used to dismiss and degrade white women. That’s the whole point.

@MRMandell8 Small revisions can be OK. But if the revision is drastically different than the originally accepted poem, that would be a problem.

Dear Editors, On a scale from 1-10, how annoying is it for a writer to ask if they can send a revised copy of a piece (that's been accepted) before publication? Best to leave it alone, or reach out to editors? Thanks in advance for any input. 🖤
