April 16th was World Voice Day. To celebrate, we compiled a list of ways that you can care for your voice!🗣 💧Drink plenty of water! If you drink alcohol or caffeine, make sure to balance with water intake. 💨Make sure to get enough breath when speaking or singing.

🚶‍♂️Practice good posture when using your voice. 🎉Avoid raising your voice or talking in loud environments. Shout/scream in moderation. 💤Vocal rest at regular intervals – give your voice a break! Rest it more when you are sick.
