I'd like to call them byokihime (病気姫lit. sickness princess) In order to be a sickness princess a character has to: • Be rich / from a rich family • Have some kind of life-threatening illness or disability, especially if they have mobility aids* • Be cunning or manipulative

No more complaining about idv for a while after this post but can someone tell the higher ups at Netease that not every "main story" update has to be cinematic with interactive animated cutscenes and we want more events like these where we get actual canon lore instead of AUs
