@imTrueIndia1 मेरे साथ भी यह हुआ। जब मैने अपना फ्लैट खरीदा तो किराया का फ्लैट खाली किया। 70,000 में से केवल 25,000 वापस दिया, पेंटिंग, रिपेयरिंग 1 महीने रेट काटा। सरकार टैक्स तो लेती है लेकिन जब जरूरत पड़ती है तो न पुलिस , न कोई सरकारी ऑफिसर काम आता है।

Bangalore में flat छोड़ो... और security deposit भूल जाओ? 😳 Charu Gupta says: मैं Bangalore में 3BHK flat में दो और लोगों के साथ रहती थी और यहीं job करती हूँ। Flat लेते समय हमने ₹70,000 security deposit दिया था। कुछ समय बाद owner ने अचानक कहा - Flat खाली करो, मुझे इसे बेचना है। हमने बिना drama किए घर खाली कर दिया। लेकिन असली shock तब लगा... जब उसने deposit में से सिर्फ ₹18,000 वापस किए। 🤯 उसने एक महीने का rent ये कहकर काट लिया कि flat में painting और repair का काम होगा, इस दौरान कोई रहेगा नहीं तो उसका नुकसान होगा। अब भाई... तेरे नुकसान का जिम्मेदार मैं कैसे? अगर बोलता तो मैं replacement tenant ढूंढ देती। ऊपर से कुछ चीज़ों के खराब होने का पैसा भी काट लिया, जबकि वो पहले से ही खराब थीं और हमने inform भी किया था। तब owner ने कहा था - खुद ठीक करवा लो। उसके Bangalore में 10 flats हैं... और हमारे जैसे tenants का deposit रोककर उसे क्या मिल जाता है? अब notice भेजने का plan है। 15 दिन में reply नहीं आया तो शायद court जाना पड़े। WhatsApp पर block भी कर दिया है… एक बार बात करके clear करने की भी कोशिश नहीं की। 👉 Rent agreement और proof हमेशा strong रखो... क्योंकि कई बार घर बदलने से ज्यादा मुश्किल deposit वापस लेना होता है। 📌 नीचे वीडियो में owner के साथ हुई WhatsApp chat के screenshots देख सकते हो। 👇

@rahulclayworks @malpani Already few people owns ByD in india and they happy as car runs 400km in single charge. It is good you after 400km you also need refreshment break also. Put it on charging and go inside cafe enjoy there when you come out car will be fully charged.

@malpani Person who bought ByD in india is very happy as single charge runs for 440km minimum. No issue of break down etc. Next ByD version is coming up with 1000km. If charging infra available in india then you can drive car all over india in 2-3 charge. Current ByD with 400km is very gd
