Surveillance footage shows deranged gunman Julio Rodarte randomly shooting at cars with a semi-automatic weapon. Father of four, Victor Hugo Leon, was shot dead by one of the bullets. After the footage ends he removed his shirt, shoes, and according to witnesses, he eventually completely undressed himself. Rodarte was arrested on suspicion of murder, and 10 counts of attempted murder.
