A2) sorry just jumping in. There are so many students and staff members in the building. If we don’t ask them to use their voices we will never get a true pulse of our school, hear the stories of others, and grow and lead together a place people want to be a part of #leadlap

A1) a tradition that I absolutely love in one of the buildings where I work is on the very first day of school all staff line up at drop off, holding signs with unique messages that all students and families belong. It’s amazing. #LeadLAP
