@rebeccalangtonn @parkrunUK @colwickparkrun @peelparkrun Heartily recommend out'n'about buggy if you run with her. We had a nipper 360, but there's fixed wheel running versions too. There are others, depending on your budget. We got ours Preloved.

Running on a broken toe turns out to have been a bad idea. Not so much when I was actually running on it, but definitely after I got home. Ouch.

@parkrunhelen I ended up borrowing Trés' dustpan and brush after we'd finished as there was loads of glass on the path next to where we were sat at Wired. Didn't want any dogs to cut their paws or swimmers to cut their feet, so I swept up as much as I could & others spotted missed bits for me.

@Lego_Scientist Mainly… arriving in the park to ‘carnage’ from a sunny Friday. Broken glass and stacks of litter in our beautiful park… but everyone rallied and we had it fairly spin & span by 9am! 🧹 #teamwork

@ThorneNat That would make sense. More will come out as the day goes on I suspect. Have been contacted by family members to check on husband as he works in town. Sounds like a rampage 😔 wonder if those hurt/killed were known to him or whether they were unfortunate bystanders 😞

@ThorneNat It's strange seeing the fire and rescue out, so don't discount the guns and bomb scenario. Everything is hearsay and speculation 🙈 (I'm always concious of passing on 2nd hand info)

@ThorneNat I've seen only local FB sites: 2 stabbed last night and also about a van running people over 😔 4 fatalities, 2 seriously injured. Obviously nothing confirmed from police yet (that I've seen).
