I know the english translation is a bit off for this part "Ears wobbling to and fro (That's red, red)" when in korean it says 팔랑귀 팔랑귀 (that's red, red) So to give context, 팔랑귀(pallanggwi) is a korean slang, It is a combination word of '팔랑'+'귀'. '팔랑' means 'flutter' and '귀' means 'ear', so it means 'someone whose ears are too thin to easily fluttered with someone's advice or opinion. They are basically saying " Your ears too thin, you're easily swayed (That's red, red) > meaning you quickly listen to other people's opinions that's why it's followed with " Playing it safe (that's red, red) because you listen to other people's opinion without thinking much , you play it safe.
