In our ballot, @NEUnion members have voted in overwhelming numbers to take historic strike action for a fully funded, above-inflation pay rise.
We have to save our schools.

I was on the train involved in the emergency at Euston on the 7th. I had to disembark by a ladder and walk down the track. @AvantiWestCoast No compensation. Response. ‘Although this was not a nice experience … we did get you to your destination.’ Acceptable?

@AvantiWestCoast After been stuck for over 3 hours on train and evacuated by emergency services yesterday @AvantiWestCoast replied to my delay repay to say train was 5 mins late. @AvantiWestCoast get your systems fixed. delay was upsetting enough without trying to get out of compensating people
