On this day in 1970, the WW2 action comedy 'Kelly's Heroes' premieres. Starring Clint Eastwood, Telly Savalas, Donald Sutherland and Don Rickles, the movie follows a platoon of misfit GIs who set out to rob a bank full of Nazi gold. Any fans? More importantly, any haters?

I’m sick to my freaking stomach reading Tulsi Gabbard’s declassified bombshells. They laid out the entire treasonous plot: weaponizing the Zelensky phone call to impeach Trump, with Rudy Giuliani squarely in their crosshairs next. This wasn’t politics—it was a straight-up coup by corrupt deep state actors to overthrow the will of the American people. These people belong in prison for this shit. Deeply disturbing and downright terrifying.

DON RICKLES and CLINT EASTWOOD plotting a gold heist behind enemy lines in KELLY’S HEROES (1970). A war film, a caper comedy, and a western all rolled into one. Wonderful stuff.

Happy birthday to Tim Russ, who played Lt. Commander Tuvok on Voyager—and more recently, Picard. He was also Devor on Next Gen, T'Kar on Deep Space Nine, and a lieutenant in Star Trek Generations. He directed the Voyager episode "Living Witness." #StarTrek

🚨FBI JUST RAIDED AN ANTIFA STORAGE UNIT IN DC AND UNCOVERED A FULL FUCKING CHEMICAL WEAPONS LAB — SIX DIFFERENT KINDS OF AGGRESSIVE ALGAE, FIVE PAINT-STRIPPING PEPTIDES, AND AN ULTRASONIC GROW LAB READY TO POISON THE CITY’S 46 OTHER POOLS AND FOUNTAINS! Follow @RedLivesMatterQ This wasn’t some random vandalism. The FBI raided a storage unit directly tied to Antifa and hit the jackpot: multiple strains of weaponized algae, specialized peptides designed to eat away paint and coatings, and a professional ultrasonic grow lab to mass-produce this toxic shit. They weren’t done after the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. According to the evidence, these domestic terrorists had already mapped out attacks on 46 more pools and fountains across Washington D.C. They were planning to turn the entire National Mall and surrounding areas into a toxic green nightmare. This was never a “protest.” This was a coordinated chemical attack on America’s most sacred monuments, and they had the lab equipment, the recipes, and the manpower to keep going. Kash Patel and the FBI just took a massive chunk out of their operation. These Antifa terrorists are done playing games. Share this everywhere and let every American see exactly how far these radical left scum were willing to go! Follow @mcafeenew for more drops.

The real accident which was later re-used for movies... June 23 1951: a US Navy F9 [Reg. “125228”] crashes attempting to land on carrier USS Midway, off Virginia (US). Pilot George C. Duncan survives. Accident occurred on trials, draft pushed the jet below deck. Despite his injuries, Duncan was back to flying duties within six months. The accident was caused by an unexpected downdraft that caused the jet to drop just before the flight deck, leading to a severe "ramp strike." The aircraft struck the edge of the deck and tore completely in two, bursting into massive flames. The forward cockpit section skidded violently down the wooden deck with Duncan inside. Remarkably, deck crews pulled Duncan from the burning wreckage, and he survived with only minor injuries, including scorched ears, returning to flight within six months. Because the crash was captured on film, it became a crucial safety training tool for naval aviators. But the iconic footage also crossed over into pop culture, being featured as stock footage in prominent Hollywood films like *Men of the Fighting Lady* (1954), *Midway* (1976), and *The Hunt for Red October* (1990)—where it famously stood in for a modern F-14 Tomcat. Duncan went on to have a highly successful naval career, commanding air groups in the Korean War and captaining the aircraft carrier USS Ranger before retiring in 1968. The incident is a reminder of the dangers in early, carrier-based military jet operations before modern safety innovations like angled flight decks and mirror landing systems were introduced.
