I've yet to play the DS Story games, but I definitely will when I get the chance. I've heard some mixed feelings, and some horror stories too lol, but I think I'd still enjoy them. I love the DS and the newer Story games make the series my favorite of all the Digimon game series

Ppl already criticized Swampfire for being Heatblast again, which he obv wasn't, but that's what people said anyway, so just imagine if they used this design but is WASN'T Heatblast. That would be insane. So yeah, I still prefer the og Heatblast, but a fresh take is nice too

Tbh my feelings about the new Heatblast design is that it rocks so fucking much but idk that I like it very much as a *Heatblast* design specifically. But I'm absolutely still down with it, because it wouldn't have made sense to have this NOT be Heatblast

2nd try (deleted the last tweet to word this better). I’m proud to see a Black half-human Digimon without long straight hair or blonde/white hair. The design doesn't shy away, showing just 1% of skin, and they're a Black protagonist. This makes me so happy. I know there were brown-skinned Digimon before Bearcatmon, but they were clearly inspired by other ethnicities (mostly Middle Eastern), which is also great for diversity representativeness!
