Congratulations to our 2023 NM Teacher of the Year — Tara Hughes! Ms. Hughes was surprised by @GovMLG and PED Sec. Steinhaus today at Nye Early Childhood Center in Santa Fe where she teaches a 4-year-old inclusion class. She is the first early educator to ever hold the title!
