@TheRAC_UK why is it, long standing customers get charged way more, each time they renew? Its more cost effective to keep going backwards and forwards bewteen you and AA. Rediculous.

@virginmedia when the internet is down, the mobile signal isnt great either, I cant access the link you send me to check the service in my area. The text and whatsapp bots just ask the same question. It needs updating. I had to go around the houses to actually speak to a person

@virginmedia That they where upgrading services in the area. It’s not that, that’s the problem it’s that your support services don’t work. WhatsApp and text.

@virginmedia No there was no info anywhere of the issue. I had to say I was a new customer to speak to a person. Otherwise I got stuck in a loop, phone, text and WhatsApp.
