@help_delhivery Now I am out of city. You guys are a piece of work I must say. From Hyderabad via surface the parcel was sent in 3 days to my city and then it took 3days in City to get it out for delhivery
English

@nomatchoftome Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that your shipment is on schedule and is expected to be delivered as per the promised delivery date. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The worst part of @delhivery courier reaches the city on time but poor DC wont deliver on time.
Also the chat or call options are all bots. No real customer service.

@sunnny1583 It absolutely does make sense. Redmi Turbo 5 will sell well at retail stores at nocostemi with zero downpayment. People pay extra interest to get X8 Pro sourced from online to be financed at store later on.
Absolute win for Redmi if they have proper finance tieup on lauch.
English

REDMI Turbo 5 has launched in India at ₹37,999 for the 8GB/256GB variant.
It's essentially the same phone as the POCO X8 Pro, which Xiaomi launched in March for ₹34,999.
The only difference between the two devices is the battery capacity: the X8 Pro has a 6,500mAh battery, while the Turbo 5 comes with a 7,520mAh battery. Apart from that, all the specifications are identical.
Not sure who is making these decisions at Xiaomi India, but launching the same phone twice at a higher price makes no sense. 🤦♂️

@uday_devops Available at ₹112000 with 9k bank Cashback at 101k-102k. Not much difference if you avail GST then it gets cheaper. Also US listed products are exclusive of GST while Indian are Tax Inclusive

None of this is true atleast for Lava.
Their after sales sucks.
Their distribution network is lame.
Their marketing is worse.
If you dont sell products in good numbers ultimately customer suffers due to lack of support and accessories.
Now imagine 25+ products in a year when they cant maintain their 5 SKUs and provide fast service.
English

Yesterday, LAVA community meet happened‼️
Here they announced that :
✅ Lava phones with bigger batteries are coming in mid-range
✅ They are planning to launch 25+ products this year and some very interesting products are planned up
• One thing that I really appreciate about LAVA is , they're strongly focusing on user's feedback & experience and after sales service, customer-first approach they've 👍👍
• Also Lava is one of the few brands that does not give bloatware on their phones
If you've to have give one suggestion or feedback to them , what would that be ❓
Overall it was a very well organised event by LAVA :
• They showcased their products
• Took questions from the community members as well
• Discussed about their growth, they're also stepping into other markets like UK and Africa

@nomatchoftome I had purchased it is working fine... But your point is also not wrong i agree with you 💯

@SanviSharm49500 @dhruv_rathee This is pure propaganda protest. CJP is mouthpiece of Anti India forces who are tired of Modi's India first approach.
English

Propaganda of Cockroach Janta Party Failed and Their Protest too😁
@dhruv_rathee Can you tell me is it An Ai generated Image or not?

Mailed and got multiple calls from their HO. They told me to get it diagnosed at service, which was done on Wednesday. They told me within 48hrs we will provide resolution but I am on limbo.
Lets see till Monday or @unboxmatrix will assist me further.
We trolled Oneplus a lot but their green line issue policy was far better & convenient.
English

Samsung S23 Ultra greeted with green line thanks to @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile software update.
Now they are refusing to repair the device as its purchased on 3rd Feb,2023.
Our beloved Tech Community is silent. They speak against only new brands unable of paying their huge endorsement fees.
@unboxmatrix can you assist

Shot on Moto Signature using telephoto lens.
@motorolaindia please Signature 2 with Elite processor and even slimmer body. The 5200mAh battery is more than enough, dont go on competiting with 9000mAh phones.

English

@BigtricksIn Also all Reliance app looks like they are made by rookies. Nothing works smoothly

JioMart is officially dead. ⚰️
First they hooked everyone with insane coupons and discounts.
Now they're charging ₹30 delivery on orders below ₹400 — enough to kill the savings on most small orders.
The whole reason people used JioMart was to save money. This move does the opposite.eems to be killing
