It's been obvious for a while that Twitch doesn't count "non-chatters" as viewers, which is very sad IMO. A lot of folks like to have streams as 2nd monitor or phone content whilst doing something else, not everyone wants to chat. This stance is anti-Twitch culture I think.

The judge’s exact words: “she couldn’t find any probable cause.” No probable cause means this arrest should have never happened. You don’t get to override the First Amendment because someone with power doesn’t like being protested… And you don’t get to arrest people for standing across the street just to protect an ICE official from criticism.
