My own govt using our tax dollars to engineer and release a bioweapon as a catalyst for a series of betrayals of western governments against their own people cured me of any lingering beliefs the government was representational, or was ever capable of giving a hell about me, or my countrymen. The only group that seem to be harder hit by the reality are the combat vets still under the illusion US power won’t do it to Americans, because of the foundational principle, they did unspeakable things to enemies, being required to do so to stave off attacks on the homeland. This prioritization of Americans they’re still reciting is gutting to listen to, today. Every week I hear the sentiment said, and reflect on the psychological construction built around this false premise that’s eroded more by the day, as the public discovers what’s done again us by our own hand, and in broad daylight for everyone to see. Managed reality. It doesn’t matter what we know or what we convince anyone else of, either. They are currently building and implementing tools to moderate your resentments as they mount, and sadly, they haven’t even begun with outage inducing policies, yet.

@US_Stormwatch Tahoe has no snow. Was just up there last weekend.

No snow will be left by next weekend at many ski resorts in California below 8,000 feet as the worst March heatwave in state history arrives. The base elevation of every ski resort will be 70°F+ for at least 4 straight days next week. Even Mammoth is forecast to hit 75°F next week. Expecting most ski resorts to close in the next 2 weeks, when snow conditions should be at their peak. Instead we have August-like heat in March. When California's official April 1 snowpack measurement comes in, don't be surprised if it's one of the worst on record since 1950.
