We have our refreshers new members introduction coming up on the 7th Feb. We will be in the welcome zone in the Portland building and food will be provided. This is a great opportunity to find out what TEC is all about and get involved. We can’t wait to see you there!

MEET THE COMMITTEE - Members' Officer The Members' Officer takes care of planning and organising training. They are also responsible for planning socials. Recently elected to the position is Hope, who is studying a PhD in Animal Virology.

MEET THE COMMITTEE - Treasurer This year’s Treasurer is Olivia Harrison. The Treasurer’s role is dealing with TEC’s invoices and expenses. Outside of TEC, Liv is a third year chemistry student. Additionally, she spends her spare time reading comics and shooting her crossbow.

MEET THE COMMITTEE - Productions Manager Our Productions Manager this year is Joseph Boyden. This entails supporting the Technical Director in the day to day running of TEC. Outside of TEC, Joe is a third year maths student who enjoys sailing and plays the accordion!

Outside of TEC, Arona has just started his Masters degree in Additive Manufacturing. In his spare time he can be found on his motorbike, or welding his latest project together in the garage.

MEET THE COMMITTEE - Technical Director (President) For the second year running, our Technical Director is Arona Jones. This role involves everything from the day to day running of TEC to liaising with clients.

#FAQ I'm not technical, can I still get involved? We are a fully functioning and (mostly) independent events company (since ~1945!) so there's plenty to #GetInvolved with from a business/event design perspective too! These are also valuable transferable skills for your #CV
