@nuuly what is the point of a subscription where there is literally ZERO sizes left in any of your clothes. Worst money I’ve ever spent. Do not use Nuuly!!!!!! Beware! They never have any clothes to rent, especially seasonal clothes.

@nuuly It would be really awesome if express shipping would be included in our memberships like in Rent The Runway. It’s kind of ridiculous that I pay per month but it ends up taking 5-6 days for my new clothes to arrive after returning the others. Pretty frustrating.

@nuuly Has something changed at Nuuly? They seemed to have better stock over the summer, and were willing to remedy it by offering expedited shipping if they didn't, but now, not only are they missing a ton of items, they're shipments are taking a week to get to us. Disappointed.

@nuuly please improve your customer service. The only way to contact you is through messages. An actual person responds but says it will take 1-2 business days??? I just want to reactive my account. Why would that take so long or why don’t you have a self service option for this?
