Artist trio. Art creation with AI algorithms. Academic research laboratory at Sorbonne University. Optimists. https://t.co/XO7hDmFo5p

The first EXPERIMENTS drop is coming. Tuesday 07 April at 12am, it will be available in early access exclusively for holders of a RENAISSANCE artwork. It will then be available to all on the 9th at 12am. The series is part of the NOÛS AI Art festival at BNF in Paris. Opening next Thursday. Btw one of artwork made the cover of the festival (see photo). First time for us, we’re honored! Limited supply: 100 unique pieces. The artworks are free.

We are launching EXPERIMENTS! Because we are creating and experimenting a lot in our research lab recently, we felt the need to share our creations. We decided to create a new format. Each experiment serie will consist in 100 digital artworks, which will be free. Holders of the RENAISSANCE piece will have a prior access to the drop. We will use this medium to share our explorations at the border of research and creation, things we didn’t expect, and worth sharing. First drop early April.

Spotlight on @obv_ious, the Paris-based trio who made art-world headlines when one of their AI-generated portraits sold at @ChristiesInc in 2018. Estimated at $10K… 💥 hammered at $432K — placed between major works by @JeffKoons and Andy Warhol. Early pioneers of algorithmic creativity in the art market. 🚀 📈

@raster_art elevates the whole collecting experience to a level I would not want to miss anymore. Just aquired this 1/1/10 by @obv_ious from a @braindrops_art drop that I didn’t even know existed 🤌

🎨 Si l’IA transforme la création, c’est l’artiste qui lui donne du sens. Microsoft célèbre celles et ceux qui élargissent le champ de la créativité avec l’IA. 👉 Découvrez le documentaire « AI Is Not Creative, You Are » : msft.it/6010t8zO2 @obv_ious
