@Guilher00247633 @ricsouza_s @ntenhodinheiro @Midvsmi Sim, exato. Só tentei utilizar a exclusividade do jogo em si pra ver se ele entendia o que é um monopólio. Pois é exatamente isso, somente um único fornecedor, somente uma única opção de compra , fazendo com que o fornecedor cobre o que bem entender.

@ofcbucci @ricsouza_s @ntenhodinheiro @Midvsmi só seria considerado monopólio se mario kart fosse o único jogo kart do gênero a diferença é que vc tem alternativa, mario kart não tem culpa se é grande do jeito que é nintendo não te obriga a ter o console ou as publishers colocarem seus jogos lá

@ntenhodinheiro @Midvsmi Monopólio é definido literalmente como domínio de mercado por um fornecedor. pra ser monopólio não é requisito imposição legal - a propria dinamica do mercado leva à formação de monopolios quase 90% dos estudios de jogos tem como principal plataforma de distribuição a steam.
