@shriyanevatia I keep a window cracked & use sheer curtains so my body has natural cues about when to wake up. I know how much sleep I tend to need & pad it by 30 min. If I have an unusual or precarious AM sched or if I’ll be v short on sleep I set an alarm but almost always wake up before it

Has anyone figured out the most elusive goal (waking up naturally without an alarm every morning) ? How did you do it? How do you determine when to fall asleep? Do any tools/apps help you manage this process? How do you make sure you don't miss important work?
